    808 ALLDAY!!

Wonderful, snowed here a couple times, been raining and haven't seen a hint of any moisture in the light or my headliner from the rivnuts. I'm totally stoked for only spending about $350 total. :D

More pics on fitting the inserts? Don't know how big of a hole to drill.

Same size as the insert, otherwise it wont grip the hole. Drill just large enough that the rivnut fits in and then crimp in place

I know this is super old, but does anyone know if the rivets are even necessary? Thinking of doing this this weekend and was wondering why I can't just use a sealant and bolt it down? What would the rivet be used for? Not a fan of drilling a 3/8 hole lol.

you can just bolt it through but need to drop headliner etc. I used rivets because once you squish them in with sealant, you can just bolt down the light bar bracket.

Okay I'm sure this is super old but I currently have a 52 inch curved light bar on my front bumper but I am installing a winch bumper from my work and can no longer have it on the bumper. A 50 inch curved will fit perfectly across the top of the window? Also how do I find light bar brackets bumper is going on Friday so a quick reply would be awesome thanks so much
