    Generally if you have a safety certificate/license from one state it’s valid in all others you just need to familiarize yourself with the local laws

    I'll probably do a boater's safety course anyway. Probably best to do it in NJ in case I do fish in NJ.

    What about PA, will they take a safety course and certificate from NJ?

    What do I need to do to be legal in PA?

But after having a kayak its hard to go with friends that don’t have one cause I hate fishing from land now. Ive got a killer spot in central NJ.     So I saw two noticeable Tacomas on 195 about 30-40 minutes ago, both heading east while I was heading west. One was @Hawk373, beautiful truck. And the other was another 3rd gen, blacked out with a lift, wheels and tires, snorkel, and what looked like a utility cap
