    Regarding the flu shot, we’re all pretty much healthy people. If we get the flu, no big deal and we bounce back. But while you’re sick if you accidentally give it to someone with a weak immune system, it can be devastating or even life threatening. Take @TacomaCody for example. Pretty sure we talked about this before and he mentioned how he’d be fucked if he got the flu due to his chemo treatment.

    I’m not a fan of shots or needles but I understand why I need to get the flu shot. Not for me, but for those around me.

    This is very true. But when the influenza virus is changing more and more and the shot is becoming less and less effective and protecting against the right strands during flu season what's the point. Science and pharma got lazy because it worked for so long now they are playing catch up to mother nature and she is winning. I got mine for the first 17 yrs of my life because I have a heart issue and it was to protect me against any kind of infection.
