One of my aftermarket suppliers. Premier Performance Products. Not much mark up in that item so I didn't really save any money. It could be that they just don't buy enough to get a good discount also. But it can now be pulled out of my paycheck!

I just recently installed this radiator with an electric Efan setup and my truck definitely holds temps way better especially under load. I am currently running the 620-101 denso fan paired with a Dakota digital controller setup for 2 speed mode. Only time second speed is touched is while climbing large steep hills in 4lo with zero wind or weather assist. super happy at the moment with the purchase and look forward to using a fan paired with the transmission cooler to keep the transmission under control and remove more heat from the radiator.
I will find the pictures one day and it will probably be posted in my build thread.

yeah, spell check corrected it so I will link the parts.

    controller - http://www.dakotadigital.com/index....t_id=852/category_id=646/mode=prod/prd852.htm
    fan - https://www.summitracing.com/int/parts/rnb-620-101/overview/
    sensor - http://www.dakotadigital.com/index....t_id=111/category_id=311/mode=prod/prd111.htm
a couple hd relays and wiring. used a plastic sealed box to put it under the hood but will probably move it to under the dash soon just to keep things clean.
I looked and don't actually have a photo of my fan assembly,I did make a darn video though so maybe I can edit that up and make it a good tech how to type deal.
basically though, you can get 1x1x1/8 aluminum corner cap at home Depot, a sheet of anything 1/8 to 1/4 Thick weather and heat resistant material. I chose aluminum 3/16 material. rivets and a couple custom corner brackets made from angled metal and it bolts through the original Mount points.

I’m on my way to a bigger radiator as well!!.... only one concern though? Are all three brackets supposed to line up? Did I get the wrong part(s)? I got the nicer ones from the 2010+ FJ

You would think they are suppose to line up, but maybe not. Those are the correct part numbers though.

If I’m remembering correctly, the lower hole on the reservoir connects to the radiator, not the shroud. I think you have the correct part.

Lol.....that made me look at my pic above and I can’t tell cuz of the measuring tape......I didn’t pay attention to what was what other than trying to get the tape lined up for that pic lol. I’ll check first thing in the morning. My hood is still open

Edit, actually yeah you can tell in my pic, you can see the stainless stem and how the lower part of the resi screws into it.....I’ll double check tomorrow though.
