I tried calling twice during my work breaks but everyone was busy. I’ll have to wait until after work now and try a third time. This comes with the three pouches inside as well correct?

Your Molle Visor and Tacoma Attic just arrived. I was looking at a few videos/pictures from your site and I noticed the g-hooks/buckles I have are plastic compared to the metal ones that seem way easier to tighten/loosen than these plastic ones. Production change? Just wondering, perhaps a link to where I could get those and just add them myself?

    Overall, great products tho!

I want to point out that I’ve personally spent $1000+ with this vendor. Products are awesome, fulfillment is awful. I’ve received “substituted” items (i.e. substitutions for out of stock items). When I’ve enquired about issues with fulfillment, the vendor has offered to send return labels (surprise: they never followed through). I’m absolutely sick of going back and forth with this vendor with them NEVER following through with their offers. This vendor (imho) should stop trying to make deals on Instagram and should start being serious about following procedures that support fulfillment outcomes. My last order took over 30 days to ship, and the order wasn’t complete. The vendor has never made this right, despite communication over Instagram, negative Facebook reviews, and disputes via PayPal. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

From my perspective, there should be an open discussion about revoking this vendor’s “vendor” status on Tacoma world.

Good luck getting a real response from these guys! They seem overwhelmed with their “IG” demand.... I don’t think they have the bandwidth to legitimately give any f*cks about following through with what they say they will do. It’s sad because the products are super cool/well made.

Thanks! I didn’t realize there was a designated spot to voice concerns regarding vendors. I’ll put together a formalized complaint there. I definitely want others here to be aware of this vendor’s practices (apologies for my frustrations).

Sorry to hear about your issues man. They actually responded that evening to me, and gave me some nice insight into the change they made. Fixed my issue, hopefully you get your issues fixed too.

Hey Adam! With the history of 2nd Gen Tacoma sun visors not being able to stay up over time, will your visor storage system hasten this problem?

Is it possible to get nearly everything in the "Camel" color or just the seat back molle?

    Savings started for this...

Hey Dave! There is a bit more weight to our Visor Panels(not a lot), however, if the "Zipper" side of either the MOLLE or Velcro Visor Panel is pointing down, the other side will have the "Loop" or "Soft" side of the Velcro pointing up and resting on your headliner. Rather than replacing the entire Sun Visor due to a worn out spring mechanism inside of it, you always have the option of using a "Sticky Backed Hook" Velcro stuck on the headliner to keep the sun visor from falling down, yet still functional.

I do have the double-sided Velcro Coyote(Camel) Visor Panels in stock right now in a limited quantity, and there's been talk of discontinuing them. Give us a call! :)

Edit - We should also add, that as a safety issue, we do of course recommend replacing your sun visor, especially if it has the potential to fall and block your vision while driving, thus causing an accident.

Any plans for a tax-season sale of any sort? I know a lot of the offroad community does a similar sale. I have a few of your products and looking at a few more!

Hey Chris, sorry for the delay! As of right now we don't have any specific plans for sales, but shoot me a private message and i'll see what I can do for you! ;)

Adding my two cents here for others to see. BROG seems to be your typical business offering quality kit that's experiencing growing pains. These folks seem to me to be good people offering quality products. I had a few CS issues with a gift card and expected them to return calls at the speed of Amazon Prime.

I gave them an earful when our schedules finally aligned and we got in touch with each other. Things worked out well in the end and I am super happy with my purchases and ultimately the customer service I received. I will be buying all of the new Tacoma stuff that they make for my next trip and will continue to support them.

Just ordered a Skottle kit and was happy to save some $

Also just ordered a spare tire bag last week and had it within 2 days, and I’m blown away by how nice it is. So much better than my old trasharoo!
