In what way do you like it better? And or what didn't you like about the Sport suspension?

I felt like maybe it was underdamped or something. Whoop-de-dos on the highway or speed bumps/dips would send the front end bobbing several times.

Can I ask you a question about your suspension? Did you only use the one 1/4" spacer for Taco Lean? If so, looks good. I was debating using a 1/2" one on the drivers side and a 1/4" one on the passenger side to effectively get another 1/2" out of the kit combined. Do you have any additional pics for after if settled? Thank in advance!

Need some advice. Went with the HS lift kit- billstien 5100 (set at 0) w/888 coils in the front and progressive AAL in the rear. While I’m super happy with the ride quality and performance. The front has settled much more than I had anticipated. About an inch or so below the rear. Almost looks like factory rake. I want to level it out and was thinking about adjusting it to the 2nd notch (.75) after doing some research it seems that would cause an extremely harsh ride. The alternative is keeping them set where they are an adding a 1”2 spacer above the strut. This of course is what I tried to avoid in the first place and hence why I went with the 5100 lift kit over other options on the market.

My question since it’s a realtivley thin spacer 1/2” would it affect the ridequality/life of the strut or am I better off just adjusting it.

Edit: so I just measured my truck. The front sits about 1.5” lower than my rear. So i’m kind out of ideas. The lift ride is awesome but I’m certainly not happy with the difference in height.

I have the same setup, but I also thought it settled too much. I pt it on the 2nd notch and it looks way better and doesn't ride bad. I also threw a 1" block under my ome springs in the rear

That is a good looking rig. I think that’s what I’m leaning towards now. Thanks bro.

What did you use to achieve lift in the rear prior to the blocks? The AAL? I didmt know you could use them together.

    In the rear I'm using:

-OME DAKAR full rear spring set (Medium)
    -Bilstien 5100's
    -1" block.

Don't use the AAL. Use their full spring set. The have medium and heavy duty. Both are the same height, one is just stiffer (heavy duty). And throwing a block under those is the same concept as throwing one under the stock springs.

Installing 5100’s. 16 sport. Plan is to go with 4th setting in front and 2nd setting with 15mm aal on rear. Would like a bit more level that factory rake but I tow a boat trailer a lot and not wanting the bro lean. Thought? Suggestions? Pics if you have this set up?

You’ll be about 1.5” over stock and same factory rake (rear 1” higher than front) then with the trailer you’ll drop in the back and all will be level

1.5” to 2.0” every truck is a bit different depending on what you have on it.

You’ll have to see when you put everything on. I’m sure it’ll be the same. I had to put mine on 3rd since I have front winch and slim bumper (150lbs) and still 1.5” rake in back. No big deal, I haul stuff so sometimes have up to 1000lbs in the bed and keeps from dropping so much.
