    Good to hear. Things are crazy, I have basically worked non stop since June keeping my jobs going and working on my addition. Still working for my old boss, things are good there so no real complaints.

    Got the addition ready for the winter so I'm happy

    You wont regret it that is for sure! You can go low and slow, or crank it up to 700 degrees for a 3 minute a side NY (Kansas) strip cook. I would say one of the best things I've done was a pizza so grab yourself a stone for it when you pull the trigger.
