Went to Walmart. I took the overland route. The truck did fine, but I had a pucker moment when I noticed this ass-clown in the old Ford ditched his basket near my truck. Fortunately there was no damage done this time.

But I am not lying when I say that my various vehicles have suffered many 1000's of dollars in damage in this parking lot. I lease office space here. I'm parked here several days a week and this is my preferred parking spot.

Cheers to you guys doing real off-roading with your 3rd Gens! Keep the pictures coming.

    1. When I went to my first offroad trip and I drug the bottom of the ranch hand on a rock. I thought I was just scrapping the whole underside of the truck.
    2. When I hit my rear diff on a small drop off a rock after turning down the wrong trail.
    3. When I came down hard off a rock ledge and smashed my trailer plug into a million pieces.
    4. Last night when I left work and I hard a loud pop and fell something hit the floorboard. I thought the Balljoint failed and the tire/spindle tucked into the firewall. turns out my suspension was frozen in a block of ice. Picture is on the FB page. I'll have to pull it over.

On the first big snowstorm, drove over black ice with OEM tires in a turn, got out of there with minor scratches on the driver side front wheel.

We can't see much but it's all rocks about 3" from the truck on the side.
