Word of mouth, friends that also like to explore and don’t mind sharing info and research. I have a google map with countless pins for spots to scout as well as known abandoned spots all around the south.

The main purpose from my perspective is just to visit, take photos and document. Usually makes for some decent photos and it’s somewhat of an adrenaline rush visiting spots that have been closed for years and are relatively untouched since the business closed. You’d be surprised what people leave behind.

Yea, I remember seeing a lot of your videos on Instagram. Some of those abandoned places just screamed "haunted" to me. Although I would never visit places like that at night( you know, thou shall not tempt), checking those places out during the day as you did would be pretty cool. I have visited numerous known battle grounds (Civil War, War of 1812, etc) and its pretty awesome to kinda visualize how they used certain locations and structures to their military advantage. I still have never gone to see Fort Gaines down in Mobile, but have been to Fort Morgan a dozen or more times.

So, who is the ham expert now. I got my Bao Feng last night and the instructions leave a lot to be desired.

I'm often that guy, but I quite like it. Even disregarding offroading, I think it seems like a pretty sweet "work truck" to just have a truck for truck stuff you know? I think it looks great.

where'd you get the dimensions at? I think I saw it will only be available 4 door, I think an access cab would look awesome.

I think it would make a great truck, it'll have 3 engine options.

of course it's longer than the JLU, it's got a usable bed. It's going to be similar size of the tacoma.

yeah I'd like to see the specs of all of the engines.

I'm not a diesel hard-on kinda person, see to many folks have issues with them, even if when they work they're phenomenal.

I like well-proven gasoline engines myself.

Looks awesome to me. You know Jeep is going to really bring their A game with this. It’ll be pricey, but they’ll sell out.

19" was the difference in the wheelbase. I'm still looking for that article. This one says end to end it is a meter longer than the unlimited.
