I hear ya. It takes roughly 30 years for a customer to return after a bad experience.

 

Not really sure why but I just renewed XM after my trial period ended. I guess $60 for a year is not a horrible deal. Haven't been too blown away by the stations except the dead station and the classic hip hop one.

So sitting in traffic on my morning commute on the 17 I’m watching this Toyota RAV4 in front of me and the blindspot monitoring doing its thing. Two out of three motorcycles were missed but most surprisingly was a city bus did not activate the blindspot monitoring sensor WTF

So, I have neighbor who has been a thorn in my side for several years. Nothing major, just your typical bad neighbor. Well it has finally escalated, my wife and I were on our way home last night and he comes flying up behind us out of nowhere, and proceeds to tailgate us almost all the way home, sometimes as closed as ten feet.
Now for the good part, he is a local LEO. I haven't reported him earlier because it has just been petty stuff, but last night he was in his patrol vehicle and I consider his actions as a form of intimidation.
I am now worried about reprisals from him or his fellow LEO's in the area. I have not been pulled over by a local PD or county deputy since the 80's. So if there is a sudden increase I will be justified in my concerns.
I just wanted to air my concerns to the interwebs.

 

Find his patrol vehicle number and call headquarters and say what happened and where. Say he was tailgating and if he was speeding and if his emergency lights were on. Also some stations don't allow officers to drive to their house in their patrol cars... Be anonymous fyi if people do this to me I have to write a report to my boss

 

Get a Car camera system that can record his actions. Right now its your word against his and they will take his word.

 

He drives an unmarked F150 and I called the under Sherriff, who I went to school with. We shall see what happens.

 

Shout out to the jeep bro doing donuts in the dirt lot at westworld with moar lumens lighting up his way. Glad he got to put the desert air snorkel to use. Can't wait for the stories about him wheeling so hard tonight
