    LOL. The Copper parts are not the mold(they would have to be the negative). If you look closely, they are positive sections of the coin holder itself. these copper parts get high voltage running through them and slowly “arc” a hole down into the mold itself, creating the perfect cavity that can be injected with plastic. This process is called EDM. The copper will be recycled once it does it’s job.

    Getting close, will have a final sample in a few weeks then crank production.
    Just in time for Christmas, and would make an awesome stocking stuffer ;)
