If I wanted to fill in the two triangle sections on the gen2 grille, what would be the best way to do that? Bondo? Some kind of epoxy or resin with bondo on top? Elmer's glue? Help a brutha out.

I'm not sure what you mean. I'm thinking about buying a replacement grille (to satoshi), filling the triangles, sanding them flush and painting the grille. I'm just not sure what to use for filler.

sorry, I didnt understand what you were talking about. I thought you were going to be using your current billet grille, and wanted to fill in the two triangles with something solid. my bad, yeah like others have said bondo or fiberglass are the way to go, followed by a whole lot of sanding.

OK cool. When you say fiberglass, are you talking about fiberglass reinforced bondo (I just found that online) or is there some kind of fiberglass putty/paste? Also, I'm guessing it would need to be done in layers, not just fill the whole thing at once, right?
