I have one you can trial before buying. I used it a few times, not very impressed for my use case.

I’ve been looking for electrical connectors for the fuel tank hanger. Found this kit that’s pretty nice. 6 pins and accepts 12 gauge wire.

So 2 pumps can have 2 powers and 2 grounds. Then the remaining two pins can be for the level sensor.

If you have access to Techstream I'd connect that and verify the calibration ID that is being used. It'd imagine your ECU is flashed to one of the TRD calibrations but the handheld isn't reading it.. Not sure why it wouldn't though.. But verifying the calibration ID via Techstream would be the way to know for certain what is flashed.

Have you checked out the Aeromotive Universal drop in pump kits?

I was looking at the Dual Phantom but that is $750 plus I’m pretty sure I’d need the $150 extension kit to get it to the floor of the tank.

@Torspd what fuel filter setup did you end up with? I saw a picture you posted a while back where it was mounted to the frame rail. I think I want to do that and get rid of the hodgepodge mess I’ve got going on now.

The LRA tank is on the way, so I’m going to do the whole under-truck fuel stuff at the same time.

 

Then you could just get the mounting(or whatever it's called) from Aeromotive or Radium Auto. Holly might also have one.

Yes indeed. My dad is going to take it in and see what techstream says. I told him if it allows him to try and flash the trd tune onto the truck. That way I can ovtune it for him. I find it hard to believe the truck would make it 54,000 miles on the stock ecu tune so I think it has to be some sort of glitch. I will report back later tonight.

Speedway is always sending me coupons and I think they sell that filter setup.

As far as the pump hanger, I'm planning to make my own. I've ordered wire, fittings, hose and that connector kit I linked above. I've got the two AEM pumps, and a spare stock fuel pump I can steal the level sensor off of. I looked at the radium stuff and a bunch of others but they're all SO stupid expensive, aren't the right shape/depth and/or they don't have a level sensor provision.
