    Yeah I was a little put off on that at first but after talking to a guy who owns a Homebrew shop in town that uses that same kit in the store says he does not have any problems out of running 1 element at a time. Only thing he said was that it takes a little bit to get used too but once you have a couple brews on the system you can do everything in your sleep with ease.

    I'll be doing some research. Won't be able to buy anything until after the holidays anyway. But I'm pretty sure she can get 15-20% off of anything from the store. Not sure where they get their stuff from but maybe it is morebeer. That setup you lined looks badass but probably can't quite afford that yet. I'll check out some other ones you listed as well.

    As I thought out the process it made sense, I'm sure it's fine. If I was going pro/semi-pro, it would definitely be on the list, but I wanted to keep it sleazy for now haha.

    Unless they know a guy who builds them, they likely just have the ability to buy stuff from other sellers, and MoreBeer is the biggest one that isnt owned by ABInBev (Northern Brewer/Midwest Homebrew). I know that Blichmann stuff is always excluded from any sales anywhere, so I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't as good of a discount, but who knows.     Hit up Superior Bath House Brewing. They have a flight of 18 beers you can get. Only brewery to use the hot spring water in their brewing.

    I think they are s’mores flavored coffee beans... And you are right, it is great! Definitely get the sweet s’mores taste first, then a little coffee, and finishes off with some bourbon heat/flavor.
