I think the open/lsd dif are 8.4" and the trd with electric locker has the 8"

    from^^^^^

This diff commonly and mistakenly called an 8.4" or 8.25" diff, possibly to imply its extra strength. The ring gear actually measures 8". The extra strength of this diff comes from the bearing cap/truss and large diameter pinion gear shaft.
LSD's available is the TRD/Kazuma clutch-type 3-pinion LSD, the OEM 4-pinion Tundra TRD LSD, and the Detroit Trutrac.
Lockers available are the Powertrax "Lock-right," "No-Slip," ARB Air Locker, Detroit Softlocker.

I just got my lockright locker and I'm getting it installed this monday and people who want to get this I recommend not to get because it is cheap and good if your on a budget but this locker just found out that its a good product the only thing bad on it is the springs that make it activate after 2 or 3 years and off roading you do the springs loose there tension and the locker won't function

The sr5 and the TRD offroad use the same rear axle. The '8.4' or '8.25' or whatever you want to call it. The sr5 is open. They all use an '8-inch' ring gear, like the e-locker rear, but you need to buy a locker specific to that rear end.
