    I have a couple braces on the bumper that tie in with grade 8 bolts so I'm not too worried about it. If I manage to pull away while winching I've got a serious issue lol

    The guy who I'm buying the kings from has these same braces. We modified his resi bracket to work with the bracing.

    I have those too. Much beefier ones actually.

    I was talking about the entire crossmember. I bent mine coming down on a rock a couple of years ago.

    We cut it off and Ryan built me new one out of 3/16” tubing with 1/4” angle welded to the top point up. He also plated the bumper mounts with 3/16” plate and put in 3/4” grade 8 bolts for studs.

    That factory crossmember is obviously meant to crumple, and it did.
