    That is for an optional floation devise that is automatically deployed when you get stuck in the frog hole at rausch creek. It keeps the nose of your truck above the water line so it doesn't drown.

    I don’t think it has a cap on it, it’s right below the grille, attacked to the bash bar it looks.

    Dang, Toyota is hittin it out of the park with these inventions and I thought one of those floaters came out of this square black thing that comes out beneath the back bumper? Or is that the missle launcher or oil spray?
