Both kind of insure the future of the company and can help with progression one just further in the future the other more for right now.
I think from him quoting me it was more of a rhetorical question/thinking out loud.

Not to mention most of loans that are for "building" only give you a certain amount of time to complete the building process before it has to turn into a traditional mortgage or take out an extension which costs more, but in your case there is some grey area with it also being a "company" as well.

    Scott. Thread was dead.

Skip. Loans for a company is hard to get unless you in 7figs. All business's write off a lot for taxes. Which kills your taxable profits for loans. And I only w2 myself 375 a week. Blahhhh lol

Anyone have an Xbox One and play Dirt Rally? Would it be good for kids (7 and 10)? I read it's a pretty tough game, but want to get them a fun off road style racer.

The new Forza looks awesome and there’s an ability to race trophy trucks. The graphics are top notch too.

I looked at Forza and might get that, too, but wanted to get them a true off road rally style racer.

Mind blown, for some unknown reason I thought pistols were state and federally registered. Sold one of my Glock 27s since I had 3 of them and never shot one. Went to the local ffl to transfer it and was told South Carolina doesn’t have a pistol or rifle registry.

All ya do is hand the gun over....crazy to me. New gun ya get the background check. Buying a gun private party requires nothing. Mind Blown!

Yep, same in N.C..If selling private I believe I would need to know the person or let them show me a Conceiled Carry Permit.
I tried to register a 21st bday present many, many years ago and told it didn’t need to be registered.
We don’t always need big brother watching us,we can handle ourselves just fine and can make our own decisions.
Of course I received my first gun when I was 5yrs old and was taught to shoot an intruder with a pistol when I was even younger..

There is no background check for private sales.
However even though ffl’s do background checks, all the fbi knows is you’re buying a gun. Not what flavor.

I've only ever bought guns private party until I bought the AR upper kit from Palmetto Armory a while back. Still need the lower kit.

So, uhm... You selling one of the other Glocks?

Correct. In pa private sales need transfers for pistols. I found out the state only has a record of new gun sales though and no idea about private sales or guns coming into it.

It’s good to know now if someone is selling a gun it makes it much easier private party. I guess since I knew subs and cans were registered through atf I just assumed all pistols were.

Also found out it’s legal to hand gun hunt down here. I’m thinking about gettin a revolver for hogs and deer. There has been numerous times this year squirrel hunting I’ve had deer within 40-60 yards but only had the 22lr. Carrying a 357 or 44 mag would equal dead deer.

Not right now haha. That’s only the 2nd gun I ever sold. I normally just keep em and throw em in the safe. Gunna start gun hunting down here though to try something new. Been putting a hurting on the squirrels the last couple weeks haha.

I still have your oil filters for ya, keep forgetting to drop em off.

Timing is good. I'm about to reach the end of the Toyota oil changes and tire rotations. If you're back in town we can meet up and grab a beer this weekend.
