NC you have to get a pistol purchase permit or have Conceal Carry permit. Which is the background check.

This has been a long time coming but finally my business divorce is final. We had our court mandated mediation today and while we gave some in the end we walked out with a big win. Got what we wanted money wise just glad this miserable process is over. You shouldn't have to sue your business partner to get them to follow a contract. Our lawyer said if they won't shake your hand when it's over you won. They couldn't even look us in the eye.

    Exactly
But they aren't registered in NC's constitution it outlines that registrations are a breach of our rights. Durham for many many years required registration and people just went along with it. Grassroots NC sued and won now the registry is gone. Even though it was never inforced they still had it and could of used it for nafarious reasons if you choose to abide by the law and register.

I know it is far from you, but they have several different types of Christmas Trees, including trees such as Carolina Sapphire Cypress.

    Not true.

Form 4473 has the weapon type (handgun or longgun) right there in block 16.

Blocks 24-28 have all the specific information one would need to identify the weapon.
