    Torn hamstring tendon
Two shoulder dislocations leading to surgery to repair the cuff
    Broken foot requiring surgical repair

All but the final shoulder dislocation were sports injuries. That was a car accident.

    YOLO.

Yeah piriformis syndrome (pissed off muscle).
When I broke my foot two incompetent docs couldn’t read xrays spanning over a year, a CT, or an MRI. I walked on a broken arthritic foot for that year. Wore a boot for several months until I saw a competent surgeon who had to rebrake the foot.
Injury, boot, surgery, crutches, more boot, carbon plate over 18 months I don’t walk on my left foot right... hip issues.

I also sit on my ass at a desk 10 hours a day hunched in my chair. That doesn’t help either lol.

Nah, I bought it for my girlfriend. She's a physical therapist and uses it all the time at work.
    They do. See above comment.

My ex boss had one of those. I would love one! I’m just not sure my office will put up the cash considering they bought me a new chair.
I need the full desk because I use multiple monitors.

I work from home most the time. I bought myself an adjustable desk from Ikea. It’s great. Also got one of those standing mats too. Good purchase.
