Morning all
Nothing new on construction, just wet.

Architect forgot to include engineering plans for the wall/truss connections, and got the vaulted ceiling wrong. So he had to draw up those plans and off to the city I went.
Of course he forgot to have the insulation corrected so I have to go back.

I wish, sadly I am at work and since no one will volunteer for target practice your it :} . I will say however as was said you to in jest but not really, you can show a discriminatory process based on stated disabilities . Make sure you lay out exactly what was said to you during that eval. If possible bring an employee handbook with you if your attorney doesn't already have one.

I'm no lawyer but I think there's a pretty good chance. Doesn't sound at all like they've tried any "reasonable accommodations"....or maybe they are taking their cues from @Tacoma Mike 's employer. Those people don't sound accommodating period, able bodied or not.
