New building looks rough but promising. At least three times the space and cheaper than the other one I was looking at. Probably going to need an electrician and do some framing and sheeting myself. No real insulation but who needs that stuff anyway.

I was also asked recently about doing a dump truck! I hope we can work it out with the realtor and the owner. They are willing to let us use a good chunk of property and we’ll have a loading dock that will promptly be driven over. We could probably get three trucks in at a time and would have space for another ten or so in the yard.

Had a nice fly over from 4 planes in the CAF San Marcos group - first in a line, and I got wing waves from each! They came back around, and gave me a nice missing man formation to take a pic of. AND NOT ONE ON THE PHOTOS ON THE PHONE WAS WORTH A DANG!
