YES... I've already been hit.... BUT only had 169 miles on it. "She didn't see me" she said... "I'm so sorry i ruined your beautiful truck." she said... UGH...

Anyhow I'm also new to taking care of my car (yes mancard minus) but I'd like to give it a go by simply replacing my tail light... so... any good resource or help on where I can find the part number or how I can know which is a true OEM part without ordering from a dealership?

Oh.. and I've already ordered vinyl bling for the tailgate.

    Ready Steady Go... Thanks!

^Should we introduce you to the wonderful world of LED fiber optic tail lights? You know, since one is already broken...

You know.. I knew there would be wondrous things I can play with. There's nothing wrong with looking and doing both at once I hear.

She damaged it, make her pay for it. There are a few dealerships that have good deals on OEM parts but just make her go to the local dealer and get you a replacement.

Indeed... though no longer an option. She lives not in town and insurance is already involved. Did I mention she scraped the heck out of the right bumper and plastic step molding too. Haven't figured if I wanted to do that on my own yet or not. I hear it's easy too.

OV Tune, Bakflip F1, Redline hood struts, faux pro headlights and tails, Meso: bucket, map and dome lights, fuse cover.
Check the DEPO lights. They look exactly like the Pro tails and way cheaper.

Take it to the dealer, get a quote for insurance and then decide how you want to fix it. Make sure to make a claim for depreciated value.

I've had luck with Depo lights on my 2nd gen, look good and didn't have any issues with leaks, they just don't hold up well to rocks.

Camelback Toyota is the dealer that is TW registered as a vendor though you might find a better deal at another dealer

Awesome thanks for the tips... saw the LED lights you were talking about and looked fantastic. Changes the game and now I'm scanning for a new black bumper to match and contrast the Barcelona red.
