I was just highlighting the fact they have to have a lawful reason to stop you, and then they need to establish facts that meet the burden of proof of the probable cause standard before they can legally search your vehicle without a warrant.

I have both. My department issued is a Serpa. I also have a department issued Safariland like you described that I can use if I want to carry with a Tac light attached. I just could never get used to the Safariland.

I had highlighted the part about open carry doctrine and wanted you to explain that more. NC even if you print but the gun isn't visible and it's within reach it is considered concealed.

Yeah holsters are a very personal thing. I found my index finger falling into the trigger guard trying out a serpa and didn't want an AD or to have my finger on the trigger before I was ready. It took me a while with a lot of drawing practice to get the safariland down.

I carry a black powder pistol concealed in a Walmart bag. Give me 10 minutes to load it and you will have problems..... unless it's raining. Powder and primer no likely water

It adds value to your shooting. At a certain point you are just expending lead to reassure yourself that you are a the most proficient you can be. Mastering a whole new hand eye combo is fun and challenging make it well worth the cost.

Yea we had serpa on the team. The click is reassuring when you are climbing a ladder that your Beretta isnt going to fall out into the ocean.

I expend anywhere from 15,000-20,000 rounds a yr from the majority of my collection. None of it is expending to me. It's all fun or a learning experience to me.

Shes good, I am not seeing her this weekend though. I have work Sunday morning and have work related responsibilities tomorrow. I'm going to try to reel in a Tinder fish for tomorrow night.
