It'll get better when my actual weekend starts, on Tuesday. Shop bit off more than we can chew and long hours are the result. I started work at 4:30 this morning and didn't get home till 7:00 pm. To a broken fridge and a puddle of curdled ice cream, no less. At least the booze is safe!

 

Got all my installs done. It all came out pretty good. Now my wife says my next day off is her day, since the truck got all the attention today. Thats not too much to ask, I guess I should take her out somewhere special.

 

We might get some snow
Declared state emergency
Stocking up on beer

Blizzard of up to 3" forecasted . People are storming the grocery for bread and milk. The only thing more entertaining is watching them try to drive. Zombie snowpocalypse.

Me either and I've had it over three years now. I don't want ice tho and it's looking sketchy for that.

 

I have done ice (unexpectedly) going down the big hill from our house on a corner. Stability assist saved my ass (but not my underwear)

Snowpocalypse warnings have been canceled . Forecast now is for 17 snowflakes which should still cause widespread bread and milk shortages.

 

Where is this place that you claim to reside in that cannot accurately predict weather? These people are of the ologist domain. Surely they knew that that was coming...

 

They actually do a great job of tracking tornados and severe storms here in OK but like to hype up winter weather to increase hysteria and network ratings when things are slow.

 

Saw that system on the news today, claiming to cause strife to North GA.

I gotta believe the science of Doppler was perfected in that region...OK

 

OU has one of the best meteorology schools. If you saw the lame movie Twister the characters all worked there.
