Did you test it in 4 Hi? If it changes or goes away in 4 Hi it’s your front differential needle bearing.

I've been having this same issue after installing my toytec coilovers. Couldn't for the life of me figure out what was causing until I figured someone else might be having the same issue. Took it to Toyota today and there is a TSB on it. The techs that drove said it definitely sounds like the needle bearing from the symptoms. The best news is, if your warranty is still valid, its covered by the powertrain warranty! Bottom line... Toyota is well aware of this, its strange they don't issue a recall to fix it. Probably because its not a danger??

And they will install a new needle bearing under warranty and it will not fix the design defect that has existed for years. The aftermarket bushing will fix it. Some Dealers accualy stock and use the bushing.

The high frequency buzz is very different from needle bearing, it should be pretty clear which it is (high frequency like holding an electric shaver, vs. more low frequency).
