That turned out great, looks awesome. Did you fix the vibration / needle bearing issue? I am about to try and install a 1 inch lift in the rear of mine using blocks and new u bolts with the help of a experienced friend, just to get it back to level after a 2.25 inch front "level" left it with a bro lean. Looks and sounds easy enough but now I don't know...

Blocks should be easier because you can keep the leaf pack clamped the whole time I believe, and simply put the block on underneath. The tricky part is when you have to let the leafs expand, stick a leaf in-between, and then try to sandwich it all back together. As far as the needle bearing problem goes, I haven’t fixed it yet. It’s not suuuper noticeable and from what I’ve gathered does not put the truck in any imminent danger, so I’m going to save up and have a shop install the bearing. There’s a shop by my hometown called “justdifferentials” that knew exactly what I was talking about when I called them and even have the replacement bushing stocked. So if you need this done and live in Washington state look them up. I know guys on here do it themselves but I just don’t trust myself with something like that.

So far so good with mine. Have 4000 miles since lift and all is well.

Yeah those words"should be easy enough" pretty much jinx anything I'm about to do... Im not near mechanically inclined to try that bushing either. I would have someone do it too. But I am working on getting more experience with my truck!

Nice! How has it held up? I am planning on getting an oem Sr5 grille bezel eventually for longevity purposes. But if this holds up there won’t be any need

It held up well so far. I always had good experience with derp. As long as the surface is prepped and 6-7 thin coats are applied, it works quite well.

I was thinking to replace the bezel as well in the future.
