Just got an ARE shell last spring and it leaks toward the cab while raining. I hear there is a tape and procedure to keep the rain out?

Did a shop install it for you? When I got mine they used some wide gasket like tape on the sides and I think the front. They also ran some black silicone across the front of the shell as it does not seal completely with the tape stuff. Its been 99% good so far.
