Look at Lowe’s for a product called “peel and seal”. It’s a roll of butyl rubber the same thickness as dynamat. If I’m remembering right, it’s 6” x 25’ and less than $10 a roll.

Nice, i've been looking at some sound deadener for mine, i think Noico was the brand.. Saw someone post about it on here, a good cheaper alternative to Dynamat..

Nice! They make 3 different types of the Fumoto Valve. Long nipple, short (like mine) and none. The long is 3x longer than the short and doesn't require the little white plastic line/hose inserts. The metal filter housing seemed to be a little frivolous but I figured metal has to be better than plastic if I'm the one removing/installing it. Oddly, the plastic one on the truck has a metal plug. o_O That plug just gets moved to the new metal housing. There was no reason to buy a new one. The oil filter come with the plastic filter housing drain tool and two O rings. A small one for the drain plug and a larger one for the housing.

The better metal tool to remove/install the housing was a no brainer after seeing the cheaper versions fail.

Oh, check Harbor Freight for that creeper. I've seen theirs for $20 on sale and it's a nice one. I have an older Craftsman style. I wish I had one that elevated my head. I wear glasses and to get the proper line of sight I have to raise my head. After a while my giant head gets heavy. But definitely check out that HF model!

It’s great under carpet and behind panels, the foil back lets you shape and cut the piece exactly the way you need but it’s not quite aesthetically pleasing.
