    Thanks.
I mounted it using the Shapeways GoPro/Rexing mount.
For power I pulled the overhead console out, then I removed the A pillar and kick panel. I put an Add A Fuse into the fuse box, and ran the wire up along the dash panel and into the channel for the overhead wiring harness, forward of the side curtain airbags. I then fed the wire along the leading edge of the headliner, pushing it in with a small trim tool. Once I got to the mirror/center console area I spooled the extra wire, zip tied it, and fed a small length with the connector out on the passenger side, dropping down to the camera.
The rear camera line was run along the front edge of the headliner in the same way, again with the extra being spooled and zip tied behind the overhead console. I ran the wire under the overhead wiring harness and side curtain airbag so that it would tuck into the top edge of the headliner along the driver's side door, under the weather seal. I ran this over the door opening, and then tucked it under and ran it around the B pillar. The wire then ran along the top of the rear driver's side door in the same manner, going back to the trim panel at the rear of the cab. The joint for the rear camera wiring tail and extension is larger than the wire, so I had to double the wire up and run it down overlapping itself on the rear trim panel. The tail of the wire then was tucked under and around the window trip panel and then the camera was installed with the adhesive pad.
Not all that hard, just took time to get it all tucked away.

FWIW I did have a 1st and 2nd gen before my 3rd gen. 1st gen excellent 4 banger auto prerunner reg cab. Sold and new owner has over 220k and engine never touched. Excellent truck. 2nd gen V6 auto drove and ran excellent. The seats felt like a Camry and poor mpg but power was excellent. 3rd gen after 3 years and nearly 21k miles the jury is still out. Looks better, seats are better. MPG is better. Rides better. Better options. Power and automatic. Well I think we all know that answer.

Thanks for such good detailed info. May be above my ability or my comfort zone of even attempting. Have looked at that camera but hesitant of the install. I will save this post of your installation in case I get brave enough to attempt . Wish you were closer where I could possibly bribe you for some help.

You're going to be disappointed. It's only 4 HP because of wind resistance. #science

I have to ask...Do you live in a cold climate? In Texas, I bought a Superwhite for a reason. There's NO WAY I would wrap the roof in black. Don't get me wrong, the Carbon Fiber look is cool as hell on your truck, but...not me. Not where I live.

Installed bedrug, in-bed (custom setup) Smittybilt 5.65 cfm air compressor, Cadillac horns (home-made setup), and Meso's under the headlight plate since yesterday. It's been fun.
