It's not responsibility to help someone get a great deal, nor did anyone ask. But if they PM me I will be more than happy to help. Now what relivence does this have to do with transforming a limited into a Sport. Why don't you offer some advice to the OP so that it might have some help other than the last comment that is not relevant and means nothing to the OP or I.

I started reading this thread to see what suggestions OP would get regarding the question of turning a Limited into a Sport or OR. What I got was you telling him to just buy a Sport, over and over.
You're the one that keeps bringing up what a good deal you got, and that's why OP should "Keep it like it is or buy a Sport.", "Not worth is money wise, buy a Sport.", "Buy a new one.", "Buy a loaded Sport or Off Road loaded, full waranty for 32k." (Loaded, to your specs), etc. None of which addresses the question asked by OP.

By your own admission, "I got great deals, know the owner of the dealership helps", and know that doesn't apply to most people, yet you keep pushing it like anyone that walks into a dealer is going to get the same special treatment.

Sometimes you can add by subtraction. I knew I wasn't answering the original question, what I was hoping to do was either get you on topic, or get you to go away. I guess I failed in both cases. :notsure:

I’m sticking around this thread for any one that has dealt with the handles.... last piece to swap all my chrome over.

I’m pretty sure an actually fully loaded Sport, one that has a sunroof would be considered fully loaded and including the limited side steps is $42,385... Limited $42,185 with same steps. Just noticed in the states they don’t include steps as they do in Canada and also can you not get the brown leather in limited? That was the main reason I got it, also 2017 was the last year they made the limited in a LB in Canada.

I swapped out the chrome handles for color-matched. Pricey, but not difficult.

Also added a smart entry handle to the passenger’s side.

Lol, sounds like someone overpaid. Yes anyone with some negotiating skills can get that price, it's not unheard of. Best to walk away sometimes. I get it but you gotta do a little more than this, sometimes threads get off a little off topic, try the search function! By the way I'm not going anywhere. if you don't like it, don't read it or don't respond, best to keep your mouth shut sometimes. But I will let you win, sometime the ignore feature is niceso you can filter unnecessary run of the mouth.

They were around $350-370, excluding the 2nd smart entry handle, which I added later.

    Ouch.

love the truck though. Thinking of trying plastidip on the handles. Some of the folks on the forum have had good luck there. Also vinyl, but that seems pretty tricky for such a small area.

Quick question, is the Limited right below the TRD Pro? In terms of upgrades...

    None yet
Limited would be on par with a fully loaded TRD Sport with premium and tech, but more in the spirit of a SR5, with chrome and all.

    Edit : Reformulated the sentence.

@kustom54lighting does great work. Did you use Diode Dynamics for your DRL and Halo or someone else?
