He had a terrible game for sure. He got hurt early, made bad decisions, and honestly looked terrible. He hasn’t been “right” since he got hurt a few weeks back. I thought they should have pulled him earlier but they don’t pay me to make those calls.

The Heisman has always been biased. Sometimes the best player wins others not so much. Media darlings often win and I literally hate what that award has become. I also hate how the media starts the “Heisman race” so early on.

 

So you agree lol. Kyler Murray IS OKLAHOMA. without him they are nothing. Without Tua, Alabama is sec champs lol. That doesnt scream heisman...

Your angle is more of an MVP angle as opposed to a Heisman angle. I see what you are saying but OK wouldn’t be in the playoff if they had an SEC schedule. But, Murray is going to be a rich young man very soon no matter what path he chooses. He is truly an outstanding athlete. I wish him well but sure I want Tua to win the award.

 

A lot of people are starting to mumble this. GA would destroy ND but I’m not so sure we’d beat Clemson. Maybe, maybe not. No one is talking about Clemson very much but they look awfully good to me.

 

But Kyler Murray is the MVP, along with better stats than Tua! Against higher rated defenses. Sure, MVP, but also Heisman. He literally exemplifies both. Tua exemplifies a really good player on a really good team.

 

That was the 2012 game. Wasn’t there tonight.

 

I guess we will see what the “experts” think. Murray could very well win. Then again he may not.

 

I think we beat ND, OU, and OSU.

UGA is one of the 4 best teams in the nation. But we couldn’t take care of business and won’t get to show it.

 

And I think that’s unfortunate. You guys played a heck of a game but Kirby’s late game decisions may have cost you the game. Either way, much respect and I hope the committee does the right thing but am not confident they will. All season the committee have flip flopped the second someone lost.

If UGA comes into that game with no losses, they're in the playoff 100%... I don't think the committee will leave out two 1-loss conference champions, though. Really, we can all blame Notre Dame.

I agree. I think UGA had their chance but still feel they are one of the best 4. But, the committee likley won’t leave out two 1 loss champs like you said.

 

They would have in a heart beat if bama lost.

 

If GA gets in make them number 3 and then let’s see if they can play Bama for another championship..... Secretly I’d just rather play ND....
