Hasn't changed, my clutch gets here on Tuesday and then I can slam most if it back together. I've been in WA for the last week and a half

 

What do you recommend at alien jerky? And normally I dehydrate deer meat.

 

How do you get so much vacation time from work?

IT work, I told them I'd be moving come August and they offered for me to stay on and manage what I can remotely. Small operation and I'm salaried, if I get my work done nobody cares if I'm there or not.

I don't remember the late 80s or early 90s for obvious reasons but I'll go ask my vheicles, they should all remember.

Ok I'm ordering from alien jerky, tri-tip roadkill, tri-tip lemon pepper, whiskey beef jerky and BBQ on the moon beef jerky.

I was thinking about fillets of salmon or something similar to that. Carp is pretty bad

 

Oh I didn't mean as in to buy one, just can't believe Ronco is even still around & still makes products.

Have you ever tried making your own jerky with your dehydrator? I've always wanted to try cause jerky is so expensive but it seems like too much work. I don't have a food dehydrator anyway.
