I just got mine back wrapped and around the windows will be hard as the wrap wont stick to the silicone. Im going to run a small bead of black silicon over it.

 

What is the cost of a matte black wrap in the US?

Has the weight number changed at all or is it still about 350lbs? Also, what is the typical lead time from purchase for one of these?

I want to know this as well. How much does the Tacoma short cab drifter weight with two gullwing windows?

 

Phil/Iggy will may have more precise numbers, but on the frontrunner site, it says these windows (aluminum) are 34.2lbs so if you get 2, your looking at ~320+68=388lbs is our guesstimate. -C

What kind of temperature have the clear window panels been subjected to? Typically clear plastic windows become very brittle below - 10 Celsius / 14 degrees Fahrenheit. Can the clear window be removed?

 

If I were still living in Oakland, I would require absolutely no windows and all heavy duty latches like were on my ARE commercial shell.

Now that I'm not in Oakland, I still prefer no windows as I haven't been able to see out of the back of my truck since I bought it.

No kidding, I love my drift, I’ll just wrap it

Slept in it last night at minus 10 Celsius, it was a wee bit chilly but I needed to sleep. Dog was curled up btw my legs under the covers toasty as hell. Me on the other hand was chilled, she had all the covers, sigh and who am I to deny This face, after all she is equipped with red and blue lasers.

 

First time I've seen one on a 1st Gen!
