:pccoffee: Good morning. 30° still snowing, rain and sleet. About 6-8" of heavy white shit so far outside. Wind blowing hard. 12 more hours of it. Haven't heard or seen a vehicle in almost a day now including the snow plow. Figure the plow will show up right after I finish cleaning the driveway tonight. Greatest life mystery, how do they always seem to know?!

Know it is bad out according to the ticker at the bottom of the TV all church services are cancelled. The 4H beef weigh in is cancelled. And even the VFW dance is cancelled hell it is must be really bad out there.

    Time for bacon.

If you are dreaming of a white Christmas I know a guy....

At one time me and my friends could have a gator out of the water and cooking on the grill in no time. Had to be fast gator season maybe wasn't quite official yet back then :anonymous:

Takes a lot longer to do if you want to wrap them in bacon though.

    Good Morning :hattip:
Rain snow mix here. About 1/2 inch slush on top of icy sidewalks. We are on the rain snow line. I was able to talk the wife out of going to church.

    Tastes like chicken.

Reptiles tend to be white when cooked.

Tail is mainly white meat, and the best part IMO. Has some dark in it that is not quite so good. Body is darker and can be tougher kind of like a Boston butt. Which is actually the shoulder of the pig, nothing to do with the butt end. But like any meat if you cook it low and slow helps. Of course bacon wrap is always good.

We stopped for lunch at Lone Cabbage at Hwy520, my Son actually ordered the gator bites!! Blackened... Those guys know how to make them, local and doing it for YEARS... Gator has to be cooked right or it's hard and gammy.. But usually they are like chicken nuggets!! :) I just dropped the picture of the bacon to my Son, he said HELL YES!!

No, she's been doing it for a few days off and on, when walking - only a few steps, though. Today she was limping when she got up
