I like it to be atleast 55 to golf. The wind out here makes it unbareable to be out there at any lower temp.

Make a pot of coffee, throw on some PJ pants and watch some cartoons. No need to be productive on a Sunday.

Right there with ya. Mine is rarely set above 65. At night it turns down to 59.

Through the ice? If so, your lucky! We rarely have safe ice that is still accessible before new years. Our high mountain lakes ice over much sooner but become inaccessible quickly as they are buried in snow!

Do you watch in depth outdoors?

I have a new Marcum LX7 just itching to mark since fish this season!

    I woke up to TITS!

    20181202_091055.jpg

Weatherman said a "small" storm would move through overnight...I gotta go get gas for the snow blower now! About 6" and still snowing!

I guess it makes up for the storm they had been talking up all week that turned out to only give us a skiff on Friday.

Acording to the depth scale we were fishing on 8 inches of ice. Green lake only had 4 so had to go to a smaller lake. Was there for a few hours. The wind was too unbarable. Ice is too thin for the castle. Portable is not good for windy days.
