Kennett Brewfest 2010

It is that time of year again. Time for the Kennett Brewfest.

This year, the brewfest will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2010. Tickets are $40.00 per person and include live entertainment and sampling from he over 50 regional vendors. Tickets and further information can be found here. I recommend buying your ticket early as they usually sell out.

Last year several of TW's finest members (this description excludes Brian ), met at my house for some pre-fest food and hydration. We will be hosting again this year and all are welcome to join us.

I will be putting together a list of folks coming to the house as the date gets closer so that Cindy and I can properly prepare (clean the carpets and such).

There are Hotels in Kennett and the surrounding areas, last year Brian and Chad stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Glen Mills, PA. Since then a few new places have opened.

I hope that we can have a good turn out, we had a great time last year.

You are more than welcome Fred, I must tell you that The University of Pennsylvania has a animal husbandry farm right behind our neighborhood, so we can find you a date.

I have seen sheep, cows and llamas. I have herd that there are pigs on site as well.

 

You guys always have these cool events so far away.

Just bring a larger glass then the one they give you. 2oz glass = alot of standing in line to get another.

 

Well as you all know, I'm alcohol free. However, the wife is not....
I'll have to see if she wants to go.
