Checked another piece off the list today thanks (again) to @Tour991.

My diff was missing the rear mounting cushion (circled below)

Reached out to James... and sure enough he had the part! Thanks brother!

If you didn't want manual hubs, is the alternative getting a locker for the front? What's ADD? It sounds like there are a few ways of converting.
I've never owned a 4x4 before so I figured following the active conversion threads would be a good start.

Not enough to have a build thread.
Careful when you swap the transmission. I pinched my oxygen sensor wires with the bellhousing. Had to replace the oxygen sensor. Probably just best to remove it while you're swapping the transmission

The locker I refer to is a diff locker that makes both wheels turn while in 4x. It has nothing to do with Manual vs ADD.

    Locker = locks the diff
ADD or Manual = locks the hubs

Better than my mistake. I didn't measure the runout on the Torque Converter (ended up being warped) and it left me stranded with a grenaded flexplate in the middle of an intersection. Barely coasted into a parking lot.

Cost me a $998 shop bill, and a $150 flexplate. Had to use my old TC too.

The transmission shop with excellent reviews and 30+ years of experience didn't either. They put a brand new flexplate in, and it broke again as I was driving it out of the shop. Only after they cross-checked all the measurements versus the repair manual did they find out I had a bad TC.

I don't blame them. You would never expect a warped torque converter. Flexplates break all the time from age, but rarely from a warped TC out of the blue.

Wheel bearings, clips, and dust caps came in... More pieces to the puzzle are now in the box.

Here is the updated "List." Items highlighted in Yellow are the pieces I have.

Figured I'd make a quick update on this thread.

The transmission mount arrived. Looks like it'll work. Haven't looked at the one on the truck, but I'm sure this one looks a lot better than it does.

Ordered, and recieved, all new brake splash guard bolts. When we took the old ones off @foxrcing07 and I both thought it would be a good idea to replace them.

Ordered some Por15 to paint the spindles once the bearings are pressed in to them.

Is your truck going to be out of commission for awhile? Or are you doing a section/part a day?

The truck shouldn't have much down time. Morgan (@foxrcing07) had a really good idea. I think we're going to get the spindles built, then once that's done we'll just do the diff CVs and spindles. Then we'll come back and do the Trans and Tcase.

The only down time, I see, will be if we run in to problems with the drivelines and I have to have one of them fabricated to the right length.

    And the parts collecting continues...
Just ordered the diff drop and carrier bearing drop kit. And as ALWAYS @Wheeler's Off-Road Inc took care of me. (Do yourself a favor... If Wheelers has it, don't even bother looking anywhere else)

Hasn't even been 2 hours since I paid and I already have a shipping confirmation and tracking number
