For the best results in removing contaminates it is better is the oil has been recently circulated and hot... but to each his own...

I have skids and have no issue getting to the drain plug. The fumoto valves are a waste.

My 2015 has 198,000 miles. I drive 55,000 miles a year, change the oil about every 7,500 (every two months)...love the Fumoto valve. Warm the engine a few minutes and it drains in about 15-20 minutes while I change out the filter and grease the zerks.

whats the alternative dismantling the engine to get all oil that didn't reach the oil pan out. this is why I do my oil change in the morning and do not get the engine up to operating temperature because over nite all the oil that can possibly drain out of the engine to the pan will get there, plus I wont get burned by the hot engine.

No issues here. Just pop it open first thing and then get all your stuff together and do the filter while it is draining. It is done draining by the time I get back under there. Close it, add oil and done. Best thing ever.

6inch lift sitting on bilstein coilovers. Lexus is300 studs in front to keep stock wheels, general grabber red letters, nfab front bumper.
Take the filter off then start it. It evacuates the oil pretty quick and it gives you a chance to verify oil pump operation

I didn't say I had a hard time getting to the plug. When I pull it out I dont want oil to splash on the skid. Trying to keep oil off the frame bruh!

I want a fumoto valve on my gas tank. That way I don’t have to go to the gas station anymore to fill up my lawn mower gas can.

No money, all went to truck...
    OEM plug=big hole=fast drain Fumoto=small hole=slow drain

with the fumoto I can change oils without getting a drop of oil on me. I can wait for it to drain.
