2017 Trd Sport with that awful squeak groan thing when it get warm. My dealer had it Friday to check the a/c and rear differential tsb- parts ordered but they also “fixed” my clutch. It made it about 3 miles before the groan started again.

Any chance there is a how to thread I can’t seem to find on how to grease it better with brake grease and maybe even disassemble then reassemble. I would need pictures also

I had the same problem on my 2018 and my dealer replaced the clutch pedal assembly. I think there's an older TSB that addresses this issues. Been 4 months and no more noises.

The best way i found is to use those long wooden Q-Tips, push the clutch in and out with your left hand and reach up in there and get all the pivot points, the spring, and that little cup. It is a bit tight and you have to contort yourself a little but it's worth it to get rid of that old barn door creak.

I believe @Rob Daman had this issue and may have covered it in one of his videos.

I’ll have to check this vids out. My clutch started making horribly loud creaking noises at 3,000 miles. Just got the call from the dealer. They had it for a day and acknowledged the sound but said it’s normal and there’s nothing they could do.

There is a TSB where they replace the whole clutch assembly with a new part number. It works. I have same vehicle as you. No more barn door clutch squeak.

How long ago did you have it done? I had mine done last spring and the steak has returned. Wondering if I should make them do it again or just grease it myself.

Mine is about six months old. I would make them do it. It's their job right?

My dealership is refusing to do anything, saying it's normal. I'm going to try and grease it sometime this week to make it stop.

The more I have this truck the more frustrations I have.

Dont get frustrated, just use Disc Brake Grease on all the pivot points and it will take care of it.

I also used it on my previous 2nd Gens and it worked too.
