    I've suddenly went from doing the clerical work of organizing these meets to some kind of Champion of the Off-Road Community. The OHV (ATVs and Off-road motorcycles) program has a committee and I sent an email to the communications person of the committee, who holds the title of Recreational Specialist for the Forestry Service. I fully expected to get blown off and told they had better things to do, so it was quite a surprise when i received a very positive reply from the person saying that they would be happy to discuss establishing a 4WD trail on state lands for responsible and conservation conscious off-road enthusiasts.

    So I contacted the VP of the Blackwater Jeepers and he put me in touch with a good friend of his which heads up the Bear Off-Road Alliance. I don't mind admitting I'm a little lost on how I should proceed without blowing it for everyone, but The Off-road Alliance guy said he had some ideas he would share with me when he had the time. Talk about pressure, haha. I'm freaking the hell out. :goingcrazy:

    Negative. It's actually never been called anything but the Annual Meet, but it's always held in January or February which is Winter.
