I recommend the 1/4" drive impact and the 90 degree adapter for when you need it. You can turn it up or down (power) and you probably already have a full complement of bits. Yes, it's more than $59, but you won't look back. That 90 degree adapter looks cheap as hell but I've run mine through the gauntlet because it looks cheap as hell but it's stood up spectacularly.

You can turn it down alot to where it doesn't impact. Battery life for computer work would be a very long time....weeks.

Home Depot here still has the board and screws you can test drive their tools on.

Oh, and drill bits don't like the impact either when you're drilling steel.

Got snowblower working, cleared the rest of the driveway. Finest damn invention in the world. When they work. Didn't do my joints especially wrist any favors. But beats the shovel.

Could have had jerky for supper but been having it all day LOL. Pretty sure it was @RickS that mentioned hitting those really thick Costco pork chops with a jaccard to tenderize them. So I did, damn things are at least 2" thick. You are all old enough to likely remember this-

    70's marinade.jpg

Still get it at Amazon about the only place anymore. So they got a bath in it after pounding them with the jaccard.

Bacon grease in instant pot, saute chops. Browned then deglazed with some broth. Added them back in with handful of baby carrots, 2 cups vegetable broth, gravy packet, can of cream of mushroom soup. 20 minutes with 15 minute natural release. Pulled meat and back on saute and whisked in some cornstarch\water paste to thicken, ended up with a couple quarts of gravy.

Microwaved some high end mashed taters and corn.

    plated pork chops.jpg

May not be steak but after blowing snow it was some damn fine comfort food. Could even eat the pork with a spoon if you wanted to. My sons inhaled it also so did something right.

First one. Which is why it wasn't long before they decided I was not the best person to rack servers. Ball bearings everywhere LOL. After working in the engine\boiler room of ships for 20 years not sure what they were expecting. So they created a team to rack servers in the data center to do it and cable management, about time. That was almost 20 years ago, not sure my touch is any softer yet.
