Thats a great feeling, staring at those old parts and wandering what you forgot to tighten.

I wish I had the opportunity to look at my old parts. The moment they come off, @Sperrunner takes them.

Mine are bent to shit and come on and off pretty easy.

Just slot all the bolts holes or make them a little larger diameter. Doesn't have to be prefect.

My main issues lie in the custom connection to the front crossmember, as well as always bending my one mid skid bolt on the first hit. Actually almost every mount is custom welded at this point except for the nuts in the front frame crossmember. Next time I have them off I might make them all a little larger.

The mid skid has taken a beating lately.

They're shot... I don't have a problem buying new ones if I have to. After having a LBJ failure, Im worried about not keeping up with maintenance and reliable parts.

Haha yes exactly. we actually finished up at night and found out the next day the ABS sensor was loose. Couldn't figure out why it kept trying to grab at low speeds.

On Sunday, I installed a FOX steering stabilizer. This item has cured my occasional DS wheel hop.

I've seen 3 vehicles go up in flames due to seat heaters. 2 were equipped from the factory with them (both german). The last was Japanese that had aftermarket heaters. Definitely makes me leary about getting them.

Not enough to have a build thread.
Where you getting them for $7. For the two bearings, misalignment spacers, snap rings, and shipping, DSM charged me about $100

damn, that seems steep...I haven't looked into misalignment spacers but I got my spherical bearings and snap rings for $30 shipped from Wheelers.
