    It did help quite a bit, that and a combination of draining and putting fresh gear oil in created a much smoother ride in the front. I still have some vibrations when decelerating but I'm convinced it's from the drop bracket lift in the front installed by the last owner. Not bad enough I'm concerned with it tho.

    Sold my brand new 255/85/16 Toyo MT's and replaced with 265/75/16 General Grabber X3's load range C. The ride is so nice now, MPG's are back, power is back, look is awesome!

    don't want to spend 4k
    rather put that money on suspension

    What I didn't do was the oil change and Fumoto valve installation I had planned for today. Dealer had the oil filter cranked down so tight I couldn't get it free. Of course I didn't have the right size filter wrench.

    yes in a way. It is a ratio of the height compared to the width of the tire, so a 265/70 16 will be smaller in diameter than a 285/70 16
