Bah, I know I should have went 285. How much cutting did it take? Still my all-time favorite wheel and tires combo.

    Congrats!

    To many, but never done
    Holy balls!
So new neighbors moved in, haven't met them yet.
Apparently there was a white dog outside in my backyard today so the neighbor decided to get the dog and attach it to my runner thinking it's my dog.
I get where the guys coming from on saving the dog cause people do 60 on my 30 mph street but I gotta say that was a stupid move big-time on his part.
First he assumed it was my dog...
Second he tied it up to a runner that is extremely dangerous for any dog that doesn't know it, aircraft cable.
And third he is already on my property without me knowing about it.
He should have just grabbed the dog and called animal control.
I'm glad the wife didn't come home to see someone else's dead dog on my runner at least.

@Chasespeed you all done with insulation for now? Ours starts this morning, looking forward to checking it out. One thing I was thinking about this morning was that I wanted to have them insulate the interior walls for sound...at least the bathrooms. And thinking ahead with @Dgibson529's news here...well I might want the bedrooms quiet for future babies too.

Anyone got any opinions on interior wall insulation?

I still haven't done it yet. But it will need a CMC. I can't go full lock. But I am also running spidertrax spacers which certainly isn't helping with the clearance. And yes, the "brolock" wheels with ko2s are the best wheel/tire combo for sure.

I would insulate the interior walls with basic fiberglass insulation for sound deadening purposes. I did the ceilings on the first floor over the kitchen to help with sound transmitting from downstairs to upstairs.

One of our schools has sheetrock walls and the interior walls are insulated. They also put fiberglass insulation on the ceiling tiles around the perimeter of each classroom. I assume it was for sound deadening.

Yes, it's for sound, we do that detail a lot when they are too cheap to get a better performing acoustical ceiling tile or run the walls to the deck.
