Does discount tire carry these in a 16 to fit a 3rd gen Tacoma? Also if it says “on order” what kind of time frame are you looking at on getting them? @Discount Tire Direct

(Preferably black) looking to order tomorrow.

Thank you for reaching out, Nimbostratus.

We're currently sold out of the 16" version in matte black (and matte bronze). We can, however, order a set in for you

As far as fitment goes, the 16" does fit the 3rd gen; I'm not sure why the site states otherwise. My apologies for the confusion with that!

Lead time is typically 7 to 10 business days from the date of purchase to home delivery.

Anyone try to air these down considerably yet/get some good testing on them? They look nice.

I tried to but we got hit with snow and we're under winter watch warnings. Hopefully this coming weekend. I can say that these wheels will make some people rub depending on their suspension. Not to the point of doing a CMC but on the spring compression if they hit a bump too fast.

Hmm- even with UCA's? I have UCA's and only 2 inch lift on 285's and 0 rubbing. Would be surprised if I slapped 255's on these and there was rubbing.

I'm on stock UCAs so :notsure: My other wheels would never do anything of this nature but they were tucked inwards a bit more. Regardless, I'm not worried about it. It only happened once when entering a gas station a little hot with a good dip on the entry.

I had my tires mounted on my black 701's at America's Tire. They used silver colored TPMS retaining nuts. Silver on black looks stupid. It sticks out like a sore thumb. What are you guys doing for yours? I didn't notice it till I got home. I'm going to call them on Monday and see if they have them in black. If not, I'm going to either buy some black retaining nuts and change them out myself, or paint the ones that are on there.Even my dog thinks they're lame. Other than the retaining nut, I love the wheels. D+3KaGqFTQCsrCV0FMUXEg.jpg

Painted mine in a pinch. Silver lug nuts and silver valve stems look like ass with the bronze. Luckily i ordered black lugs a head of time.
