I just redid my LCAs and checked everything attached to the coilovers. I went on the meetup run recently and it got MUCH worse. Haven’t checked the trans/motor mounts didnt occur to me it could be that

My truck makes sounds similar to what describe, and it's the body mounts. I just haven't gotten around to fixing it.

    Thanks. I'm running 285/70/17s

We made it up to where a subaru and f150 decided to back down the entire trail with a spotter. Climbed up the side of a ridge with @drr and managed to grab a nice tree there. Were there better pickings up top? I might try to go earlier next time before it gets too crowded...or do a snow wheeling trip elsewhere?

Ive been chasing this for MONTHS. THANK YOU. I was worried my front end would fall apart on the interstate. Not 100% this is it but this is extremely promising. The linked video is exactly what mine sound like.

You may just need to blackmail him into being on here if he's not.

    Are floor mats a mod?
I meant LOWER Heim joint, NOT upper..still have to take out the strut to press in and out tho..

Video very similar to my noise except I had a squeak over bumps as well.

I make these all the time for torfab in Everett. I love seeing them drive by with their custom swapped land cruisers.

He said he’s swapping the solid axle from an 80s yota, and he’s hit nothing but problems

First problem I see is the diff is on the wrong side and, #2 the axle is narrower.
