i have 07 tacoma v6 6 speed. sometimes when i put it in 1st gear at a complete stop it makes a clunk noise almost like the clutch isnt fully engaging. anyone else had this problem? i know theres throw out bearing issues and i can hear mine a little bit when i let the clutch out in neutral. think this is about to be a big problem? thanks guys

    Yep same here.

It is normal behavior for these trannys. These trannys are not very smmoth at all when doing anything other than babying them or driving like an old man.
