@Mistaken this guy has a Spring under axle. the only difference is our trucks are spring over axle, therefore you will place the shim underneath the leaf pack.

I just lifted mine and did the ECGS bushing up front and the Toytec 3º Shims in the rear and I swear it rolls smoother than stock. I would try removing the carrier drop and add the shims to start, my 18 had smaller shims from the factory so it seemed like the logical route.

Despite your wall of text you're still the one that's wrong here. Move along and let the man build his truck the way he wants to.

I am interested to see how the shims help. It is intriguing how each and every truck seems to have different results with all of the solutions. Some need shims, some don't, most have carrier bearing issues, but some dont, some require the dif drop, some dont. Very interesting, it definitely isn't a one solution fits all situation.

Ever check the run out on the front rotors? I had one that was warped with only 26k miles on the truck...the brake pedal was smooth but my steering wheel would shake back an forth at different speeds in other words some speeds it was smooth and at other speeds it would shake

I read that high caster setting in alignment fixes some of that. It will also take away some of the "heavy" feel in steering. 3" lift on front of my 2010 trd or.

Gonna slap some shims in and see what happens next.

    Side note:

Super disappointed in Kings customer service. Being an asshole to a customer with an issue doesn’t help the situation. Whether the issue is your part or not.

I didn't mention it in the original post but I did do remove the carrier bearing spacer and it was still there. Ive tried all the combos of "fixes" listed with no luck... yet.

Super frustrating! But we will get it figured out. Im thankful for the forum for all the insight.

I haven't. The vibration started after the lift only and I had 2200 miles when the lift went on.

I will suggest this to the shop also.

    Oh boy...

Thanks! I love the combo and am stoked to get this resolved!!!

Have you tried removing the CB drop. People have reported vibes from adding it.

I don’t run a CBdrop or shims and don’t have any vibes.

I did. The vibration was no better or worse, unfortunately.

You need shims ,and then you will have to maybe figure out your drive line angles.

Isn't she still running the stock suspension in a DB lift that hacked a hunk out of her frame?

    If so, different lift altogether.
