I recall you telling me it was a high mileage motor pulled out of a Chevy that was totaled.

 

108k miles. On a single owner truck. A guy was parting out his old dad's truck. Was taken great care of by the older guy who drove it to get groceries since 2004. He was rear ended so the son bought it back from the insurance and sold parts from it fir his dad. No codes. Started right up. Ran perfect. Put my computer up to it and everything ran perfect. Had full list of all the oil changes. Belt changes. And exc... If thats close to a junkyard motor.. Then hell im wrong

 

So it was totaled, and would have been sent to the junkyard if it hadn’t been bought back. Yea I can totally see how that’s not a junkyard motor.

 

With a junkyard motor you dont know the miles. You can't start it up. You don't know who had it before or how they took care of it. They dont have the full list of all the work that was done to it. Its a big gamble at a junkyard.
Thats hard to find for an 04 Chevy to be take core of that good. Plus its a 5.3.

 

Can you not tell when youre being trolled? No one cares about the junkyard motor.
